Award to ONGC VIDESH LIMITED by Prime Minister of Vietnam

Ambassador P. Harish participated in a function of awarding the Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister of Vietnam to ONGC VIDESH LIMITED for its dedication for development of Oil and Gas sector of Vietnam in a positive manner and effectively contributing to strengthening the friendship between Vietnam and India. The function also welcomed the First Gas from Phong Lan Dai field and 16 years of safe operations in Block 06.1 operated by Rosneft with OVL and PetroVietnam.
