Under the Annual Youth Exchange Programme an Indian Youth Delegation is visiting Vietnam from 26 July to 2 August, 2018. The visit took place under the MoU on cooperation in Youth Affairs which was signed between the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam in September 2014. A Vietnamese Youth delegation would be visiting India in September 2018. Ambassador P. Harish had an extensive interaction with the members of the Indian Youth Delegation in the Embassy on 27 July 2018
